Notice Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on behalf of the West London Housing Partnership wishes to engage with suppliers regarding capacity in the market to provide a suitable building and support services to deliver a service for women with complex support needs who are experiencing rough sleeping and/or who are at risk of rough sleeping. The building will provide immediate access to accommodation to enable housing and support need assessments, provide intensive support to rapidly access a suitable onward housing option, and help link people into relevant support services to meet their needs. There will be mobilisation requirements including engagement with and the transfer of existing residents. Minimum Requirements The Supplier will be required to have in place provision of a suitable building and/or other accommodation with relevant permissions for use as supported accommodation. The accommodation must: *Be located within any of the West London Partnership Boroughs of RBKC, LBHF, Brent, Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow or Harrow. *Have a minimum of 20 units for single occupation.
