Adel Beck Replacement Air-conditioning
Notice Description
Leeds City Council are undertaking an above threshold open competitive procedure to procure a contractor to design, supply and install a replacement air conditioning unit at Adel Beck Secure Children's Home, East Moor Lane, Leeds, LS16 8EB. Scope * Phased removal of existing operational Samsung air conditioning system which is at the end of life. * Phased replacement is anticipated to take place over three not necessarily consecutive one month periods to be negotiated prior to commencement on site. * Design, supply and installation of a Mitsubishi Electric VRF (or equivalent) to replace with equal to/ greater duty than the existing air conditioning system. Other manufacturers will be considered.

Interested parties will be asked to complete an Expression of Interest form (EOI) Feedback from the market will help the Council to make the procurement as attractive as possible. Please contact us by email for the EOI form.
