This is an Intention to Award Notice to award using the Most Suitable Provider Process to Newhall Surgery for the Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care within Derby & Derbyshire from 01st October 2025.

The service is a pilot, and the initial contract is for 5 years with a 6 month notice period included with effect from 01st October 2025. Annual contract value is PS46,795.64. Total contract value over 5 years PS233,975.00.

This is a new service and Newhall Surgery are a new provider for the Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care.

Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
