"statusDetails": "Following the publication of the tender notice relating to the above Procurement, the Contracting Authority has made the decision as of 6 October 2025 to terminate the procurement process without awarding the contract that was originally intended to result from it. Following an internal review, the Contracting Authority has determined that the requirements and specification need to be revised to ensure alignment with current operational and strategic objectives, as it is not now confident that the procurement process was structured to present the Most Advantageous Tender. As a result, it is no longer appropriate to proceed with the existing procurement process. The Contracting Authority has therefore decided to abandon this procurement in accordance with Section 53 of the Procurement Act 2023. The Contracting Authority intends to review its requirements and procurement documentation before determining whether to initiate a new procurement process for the same or a revised requirement. Suppliers are advised to monitor the Central Digital Platform for any future opportunities.",
