Summary of the contracting process

Tees Valley Combined Authority procured asset management services for Middleton Grange Shopping Centre in Hartlepool, on behalf of Hartlepool Development Corporation. The appointed Asset Manager is responsible for supporting the shopping centre’s asset management function, including activity affected by tenant numbers, leasing and relocation requirements, and the centre’s redevelopment programme.
