Liverpool City Council ("Council") Parking Services is undergoing a significant transformation process with the aim of creating a modern, effective, efficient service to deliver on and off-street parking solutions within Liverpool. This system will be required to support the end-to-end management of parking enforcement activities, including but not limited to: * Issuance, tracking, and resolution of Penalty Charge Notices; * Processing of appeals and representations; * Management of parking permit applications, renewals, and cancellations; * Integration with payment platforms and enforcement tools; * Reporting and analytics capabilities to support operational oversight and decision-making.
