The programme consists of * Licensing of the Shout Up! model from Rape Crisis, including training materials, publicity, toolkits, and venue support. * A dedicated worker hosted by RSACC to recruit, train, and support venues. * In-person and online training for night-time economy workers. * Branded materials for venues to visibly demonstrate a zero-tolerance stance. * Strategic communications and media work to amplify messaging, support cultural change, and increase public confidence. * Ongoing quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation.
