Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, intends to award a contract to Hawkins, Laxton and Co. to support with a unique blend of strategic communications, influencing, and policy expertise in health and children's rights to improve and identify areas and opportunities for innovation. Hawkins Laxton will provide strategic communications and influencing support to position paediatric research and child-lens investment at the forefront of UK and international policy agendas. They will deliver tailored advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and narrative development to maximise Wales' leadership role in this field.
