The Combined Authority seeks a supplier to deliver Phase 2 of the Collective Buying Scheme across West Yorkshire, providing homeowners, landlords, SMEs, and community organisations with affordable access to renewable energy and energy efficiency measures. These may include Solar PV systems and battery storage, air source heat pumps, EV charging points, collective energy tariff switching, and fabric first improvements, subject to demand and market capacity, efficiency measures. The supplier will promote the scheme, deliver these measures, and ensure a transparent, high-quality customer journey from registration to installation and aftercare. YORtender may require you to register prior to accessing the event. The PME event will be on Monday 22 September 2025 at 1300 and will be held virtually. Details on how to access and attend the event will be shared nearer to the date, to all who have registered their interest. Following the PME event, a PME questionnaire will be released to suppliers. Suppliers which do not want to complete and submit a questionnaire will not be precluded from participating in future PME events or the tender process itself. The purpose of the event is to provide an overview of our requirements and assess market interest. The session will include a Q&A segment to allow prospective bidders to ask questions. The event slides & recording will be made available to all potential bidders as part of the tender documentation.
