The commissioners will be holding a online Pre Market Engagement event on Tuesday 30th September 2025 (2:00PM to 3:00PM) to inform providers of Housing Support Grant of the Invitation to Tender process that the commissioners will follow for this commissioning exercise. The commissioning of Complex Needs Supported Accommodation for over 25's.

Commissioning of Complex Needs Supported Accommodation, Pre Market Engagement Online Meeting Tuesday 30th September 2025 (2:00PM to 3:00PM) Flintshire County Council Housing Support Grant Team are commissioning complex needs supported accommodation for over 25’s with a view of achieving / continuing to achieve Flintshire’s outcome of homelessness being rare, brief and unrepeated. Flintshire Housing Support Team are commissioning a supported housing project for people aged 25+ with multiple housing related support needs. These can include Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Offending, Moderate Learning Difficulties, adverse childhood experiences, trauma. The list is not exhaustive The tender will be open to existing providers and new providers. The commissioners will be holding a Pre Market Engagement Online Meeting on Tuesday 30th September 2025 (2:00PM to 3:00PM) to inform providers of Housing Support Grant of the Invitation to Tender process that the commissioners will follow for this commissioning exercise.
