Renewal: The contract shall commence on the Effective Date and will remain in force for an initial period of twelve (12) months. Following the initial term, the contract may be extended for up to an additional thirty-six (36) months, in successive twelve (12) month increments, subject to mutual agreement between both parties and satisfactory performance.
