DOMESTIC ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CLEAN ENERGY RETROFITS SERVICE FOR RESIDENTS
Notice Description
To procure a service provider to deliver a comprehensive start to end retrofit customer services journey for able to pay residents. This service will provide the support and guidance to the "able to pay" residents through installing retrofit measures which will increase uptake the of domestic energy efficiency and clean energy retrofit technologies. This contract is a concession contract where the Concessionaire may offer the Council a concession fee for the privileges awarded by the concession contract which includes the use of the Council branding etc. For further details see the service specification and tender pack.

Planning Information
The market engagement will take place on Friday 19th September 2025 from 10am - 11am by Microsoft Teams. If you would like to attend please email Christine.Chung@lbhf.gov.uk by no later than Thursday 18th September 2025 2pm. A Copy of the service specification will be sent to all suppliers and the link to join the meeting . The event will include a brief presentaion and there will be an opportunity for suppliers to ask questions .
