Housing 21 operate a devolved procurement model which means when repairs are required, scheme managers source accredited contractors via local quotes and include residents as part of the decision making. For information, Housing 21 have a national UK portfolio of approximately 700 resident schemes Website Link: https://www.housing21.org.uk/ Housing 21 would therefore like to update information held locally about accredited repairs contractors' availability that are interested in quoting. Particular categories of interest to us are contractors with expertise of repairs for: Damp & Mould, Electrical and Plumbing services. In the first instance, interested contractors should complete the questionnaire within delta. To access please go to www.delta-esourcing.com, using access code: C9C56W2N4U. Then complete the questionnaire detailed. Outcome information will be included on a geographically arranged list that will be made available to local Housing Managers based in our Schemes, to make contact when local repairs are required.
