Notice Description
The Supported Living Framework will provide specialist support for people 17 3/4 years old and above with social care needs and will include 2 Lots. Lot 1- Long Term Support Lot 2 - Short Term Intensive Support

This is not a call for competition, but information regarding upcoming procurement. Information regarding the Indicative timeline: Publish Tender - End of February 2026 Closing Date - End of March 2026 Evaluation/Moderation: June 2026 Award Letters: October 2026 Standstill: December 2026 Framework Live: May 2027 Information regarding Lots within the Framework: Lot 1 Meets the long-term care and support needs of people with a range of disabilities, facilitating a pathway to greater independence by reducing dependency on paid support. Lot 2 Will include people in crisis, with a recent history of multiple placement breakdowns, at high risk of admission/re-admission to locked or secure services, with a high risk of offending/re-offending. Short Term Intensive Intervention which has a screening tool to ensure only people that meet the criteria for the service can access the Lot 2 support. Maximum period for tier 2 support is 2 years; it is decided via MDT against the Tier Criteria and outcomes, so could be any period up to but not exceeding 2 years. Framework is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for 5 years. Calls offs from the framework will be awarded via direct award and mini competitions,
