Award Decision Makers: Stephen Taylor - Director of Adults and Commissioning Raj Lakshman - Director of Public Health Conflicts of Interest: No conflicts of interest were declared during any stage of this procurement. Relative Importance of Key Criteria: To avoid a gap in service provision and to ensure the continuance of current provision, a direct award under the Provider Selection Regime Option C has been made. Alongside this (Regulations 6)5) and 9 PSR Regulations 2023) are noted The proposed arrangements are not changing considerably from the existing contract, and the service area can demonstrate that the existing provider is both: *satisfying the existing contract to a sufficient standard, according to the detail outlined in the existing contract, including the key criteria and basic selection criteria used; and *will likely satisfy the new contract to a sufficient standard, according to the detail outlined in the new contract.",
