Sovereign Network Group is commencing a Competitive Flexible Procedure to procure communal, window and additional cleaning services across three lots. This procurement covers the full delivery of cleaning services across SNG's residential and supported housing portfolio including

Lot 1
Localities 1,2,3. Oxford, Berkshire & North Hampshire
Options: The Client anticipates organic growth in its development programme, which may expand to the delivery of up to 2,500 new homes per year. In line with the Procurement Act 2023, bidders are advised that the annual contract value and volume of properties may increase accordingly. Any such growth, including that arising from merger activity, is intended to be accommodated within the resulting contract.
Renewal: An initial term of 5 years (extendable at the Client's sole option for a further period or periods of up to a maximum 4 years, giving a total of 9 years)
Lot 2Localities 4,5,6,7. South Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Basingstoke, Christchurch and Poole & Dorset

This Tender Notice is issued alongside the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), launching Stage One - Conditions of Participation. Up to six suppliers per lot will be shortlisted. Shortlisted bidders will be invited to submit an Initial Tender (Stage Two). Following evaluation, SNG may either shortlist down to two bidders per lot for negotiation and Best and Final Offers, or, where Initial Tender submissions are sufficiently clear and competitive, SNG reserves the right to evaluate and award directly on the basis of the Initial Tenders without entering a negotiation stage. Final evaluation--whether from Initial Tenders or Best and Final Offers--will identify the Most Advantageous Tender, with one supplier appointed per lot subject to governance approval."
