Notice Title
Interim Finance System
Notice Description
Police Scotland require an interim finance system to replace their current system which will be going end of life.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Police Scotland's current core finance system is going end of life. Police Scotland will be looking to procure a Corporate Technology Platform to provide core functionality across various departments, including finance. However, due to the timescales associated with a procurement of a Corporate Technology Platform, a replacement solution is required to maintain financial governance and prevent service disruption.
Options: Police Scotland reserve the right to purchase additional goods and services which offer ongoing improvements to the operational solution and to cater for the emergence of new and evolving technologies which could enhance the solution and/or the provision of the Services. Any such changes will be progressed through the Contract Variation process in accordance with Regulation 72 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: There will be the option to extend the Contract for a further two (2) periods of up to one (1) year each at the sole discretion of Police Scotland.
