Lot 1 - Redbridge, covering Loxford School and Aldborough Primary School. Loxford School Trust, located in Ilford, requires a single provider of Building Cleaning Services. The contract is for an initial 3 year period commencing 06 April 2026, ending 06 April 2029. With the option of 2 x 12 month contract extensions until 05 April 2031. Lot 1 - Redbridge includes, Loxford School and Aldborough Primary School
Renewal: Maximum 2 extensions of 12 months per extension.
Lot 2 - EssexLot 2 - Essex, covering Tabor Academy and Cecil Jones Academy. Loxford School Trust, located in Ilford, requires a single provider of Building Cleaning Services. The contract is for an initial 3 year period commencing 06 April 2026, ending 06 April 2029. With the option of 2 x 12 month contract extensions until 05 April 2031. Lot 2 - Essex includes, Tabor Academy and Cecil Jones Academy
