Procurement of a Training Partner for Early Years Stronger Practice Advisers
We are seeking to procure a training partner for Early Years Stronger Practice Advisers (SPAs) within England, for the period 01/04/2026 - 31/03/2028 with an option to extend for a further 12-months
Renewal: Each Lot has the option to extend the contract for up to an additional 12 month period

The Department for Education are hosting separate market engagement events for the four programmes and a separate event to explain the procurement process:- Market Engagement Event One - Stronger Practice Advisors - Training Partner Date of event - Tuesday 14th October 2025 (11:00am) - Stronger Practice Hubs - Delivery Partner Date of event - Tuesday 14th October 2025 (11:00am) (Please note - The above is a joint event) Market Engagement Event Two - Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) - Delivery Partner Date of event - Friday 10th October 2025 (11am) Market Engagement Event Three - National Centre for Best Start Family Hubs - Delivery Partner Date of event Wednesday 22nd October 2025 (11am) Market Engagement Event Four - Procurement specific event to explain the tender process prior to the official launch of the tender opportunities Date of Event - Thursday 23rd October 2025 (11am) Additional details for each programme can be found by registering to attend any of the above events please at the following website https://education.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html and 'View Opportunities' The opportunity is listed on the Jaggaer portal as Early Years Delivery Partners & Early Years Training Partners Please register for any of the events that are of interest and it is recommended to attend the procurement specific event Please further note: - This notice is for early market engagement and exploratory purposes and is not a call for competition. - The Department for Education reserves the right not to enter any formal processes or agreements. - Accordingly, the Department for Education will not be liable for any bid cost, expenditure, work, or effort incurred by a provider in acting based on this notice.
