Lot Information

Health Visiting for Children Aged 0-5

Following completion of the Competitive Process undertaken in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the Council (the "Council") intends to award a contract for Health Visiting Services . The Council assessed all submissions in accordance with the procurement documentation and published evaluation methodology. The evaluation criteria were designed to reflect the Provider Selection Regime key criteria, including: * Quality and Innovation; * Value; * Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability; * Improving Access, Reducing Inequalities and Facilitating Choice; and * Social Value.

School Nursing for Children and Young People Aged 5-19 (up to 25 for SEND)

This lot focuses on delivering school nursing services across local authority-funded schools and academies, aligned with national guidance. The service will provide support across four levels, with safeguarding embedded throughout. School nurses will work to improve outcomes in six high impact areas for school-aged children, including resilience, healthy lifestyles, and support for complex health needs. Delivery will also include the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP), contributing to local and national public health intelligence.

Maternity in the Community Service

This lot enhances the HCP through community outreach and supporting families from pre-birth to age two.
