Southern Water have an upcoming tender requirement for a Framework for Habitat Restoration. The Framework will support Southern Waters AMP8 commitments to improve environmental and water quality in partnership with environmental Non-Governmental Organisations and commercial organisations across the Region.

SWS are running a request for information relating to this project. To take part in this engagement please follow this link: https://southernwater.bravosolution.co.uk/esop/guest/go/opportunity/detail?opportunityId=60346 and if not registered, register for SWS sourcing portal to access the Pre-Market Engagement. For the avoidance of doubt, the purpose of the market engagement notice and Pre-Market Engagement (PME) is to conduct a market testing exercise only, and will not formally begin the procurement nor constitute any commitment by Southern Water to undertake any procurement exercise nor form a commercial strategy in a particular form. Any follow-up discussions are solely for information and planning purposes. The answers you provide will be invaluable to informing Southern Water’s understanding of the market and provide insight as to how we best deliver value for money to our customers. The PME will run from Thursday 2nd October to Friday 24th October, this period may be extended if SWS feel it beneficial to do so. Any changes to the timings will be communicated via our portal to parties who have expressed an interest and on our opportunity board. Note that the deadline for the return of questionnaire is the 10th October. This is to allow us time to pull together a summary to present at the Pre-Market Engagement Session on the 17th October. We will of course accept questionnaire returns up until the close on the 24th Oct. Note also that the deadline for returning the Session Attendance Form will be the 10th October. This is to allow us time to finalise meeting space. To return the completed documents to Southern Water, please send them through the messaging function built into the Jaggaer Portal. We may undertake more targeted engagement with interested suppliers by interview. We may run subsequent market engagement events as required. This notice supercedes notice 2025/S 000-061482.
