If the requirements cannot be met through use of this framework, the Council reserves the right to allocate work on a spot purchase basis. * Providers are expected to play a full and active part in the Framework when required. * Blackpool Council cannot guarantee any volume of work under this Framework. * Work will be allocated at the Blackpool Council's discretion and may vary over time."
