Thame Community & Youth Centre
Notice Description
On Council land at Southern Road Recreation Ground. The demolition of an old changing room block and the construction of a community and youth centre including grounds and remodelling / installation of a carpark. The construction is expected to be above PS2m. The procurement method is yet to be agreed but we are considering either traditional or design and build contract. This is an exciting project for Thame to provide a hub for the whole community.
