Hard & Soft Landscape Maintenance Services to 4 Properties The Works comprise the routine maintenance of hard and soft landscaped areas as schedule to each property at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the components contained within each property and open public spaces that are the responsibility of Prima Group to maintain. Works will be undertaken in all areas within the boundaries of private properties and within the areas as outlined on the appropriate plan drawings for areas with open spaces, mixed Tenure and associated responsibilities
Renewal: Each lot will be let over a Two year term Two (x2) one year extensions available based on levels of performance and customer satisfaction
South Sefton/LiverpoolHard & Soft Landscape Maintenance Services to 15 Properties The Works comprise the routine maintenance of hard and soft landscaped areas as schedule to each property at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the components contained within each property and open public spaces that are the responsibility of Prima Group to maintain.
