Summary of the contracting process

The NHS Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board is in the planning stage of the Norfolk Obesity Pathway Innovation Programme, inviting input for a soft market engagement to prepare a bid for the national Obesity Pathway Innovation Programme (OPIP). This initiative, targeted within the health services industry, focuses on refining care pathways in the Norfolk and Waveney areas (region UKH1). As the project is currently in the planning phase, the date for future notice is set for 1st January 2026. Potential partners, providers, and innovators are invited to submit their expressions of interest by 17th October 2025, aiming to develop sustainable and innovative obesity care solutions.
