For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by the 17th October 2025 and sent to suzanne.calland@nhs.net. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under Direct Award C of the PSR. Decision-makers: Group Chief Finance Officer, Radiology Service Manager, Bank Associate Director of Contracts and Partnerships and Senior Finance Business Partner.

Options: 6 month contract with the option to extend for a further 6 months
