Scottish Borders Council is therefore committed to securing Community Benefits from third party contracts exceeding GBP 25,000 in value. The successful bidder for this contract will be required to work with the council to deliver community benefits through the Council's points-based system which sets the level of community benefits expected from suppliers at different spend thresholds.
