The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight at the end of 29th October 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/><br/>Written representations should be sent to James Brewerton, Category Buyer, Medical & Surgical. james.brewerton@nca.nhs.uk The decision makers are: Associate Director of Nursing for Palliative, End of Life Care and Bereavement (Oldham)<br/> No conflicts of interest have been declared.<br/><br/>Each of the five key criteria were considered as part of the Trust's process for outlining the needs for this service provision, with each given equal weighting. The historical performance of the incumbent provider was assessed in line with each of these criteria and it has been determined that the Provider has demonstrated their ability to consistently deliver against those criteria to meet the needs of the Trust and our patients over the past 12-months, and we are confident that they are likely to satisfy the proposed contract to the same standards of quality.",
