If property insurance were to be included in this exercise, the indicative overall contract value for the proposed overall contract term would rise to circa PS12,000,000 to PS13,000,000. The council reserves the right to alter lot titles and further detail regarding the lots and the final versions will be set out clearly in the contract notice and the ITT documentation. Any bidders wishing to pre-engage with the contracting authority prior to release of the tender contract notice may do so by registering on the council e procurement system, Atamis. For those supplier that express interest we will send suppliers information of the requirements, and develop further with individual suppliers.
