The service is a key part of Adult Social Care's (ASC) statutory and preventative approach to mental health. It helps people to remain independent and delays the need for more intensive intervention by providing personalised statutory support and connecting people to services and activities in their local communities. This not only improves outcomes for people receiving the support but enables the Council to effectively manage demand and associated costs. The service is open to adults aged 18 and over with poor mental health who are ordinarily resident in Cambridgeshire, with the goal of the service being to offer early intervention to adults to improve health and wellbeing and prevent escalation of issues. The service should include: * A statutory 1:1 service as set out in the specification * An open access complementary service * A cafe model, group activities and peer support service * Digital mental health support (24/7) - online support * Financial support",

        "riskDetails": "It is anticipated, that during the life of this contract, the Local Government Reform (LGR) process will commence and/or progress potentially impacting this contract. Impacts may include, but are not limited to, modifications such as a novation of the legal entity you currently contract with, increases and/or decreases in the value/volume of services required due to the change in size/scope of the Contracting Authority, and/or changes to the scope of the nature of services required. Although any contract scope changes should broadly relate to the nature of the existing scope, new services of a related nature may be required that were not previously included. The scale and exact timing of the changes are unknown at this point, but it is known that LGR will impact Cambridgeshire County Council. All suppliers who work with the Authority need to be aware and where possible, work with the Authority to adapt to any changes/modifications as required to ensure smooth transition and continuity of services."
