Notice Description
Derry City and Strabane District Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Mechanical Contractor to undertake the replacement of one existing gas converted boiler system with a new natural gas fired condensing boiler and flue at the Main Council Offices at 98 Strand Road, Derry BT49 7NN. The new boiler must be capable of meeting the existing heat load. It must also be fully integrated with the existing Building Management System (BMS) and include the installation of a new internal and external flue and a new boiler sequencing controller. Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT. No other method of submissions will be accepted. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail.
