    "description": "This Pre Market Engagement Notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those suppliers within the Insourcing, Outsourcing and Medical Imaging market, inclusive of Telemedicine, Staffed Mobile Medical Units and Facilitated Clinical Services. Please complete the PMEQ via the SAP Ariba portal. Further NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) reserves the right to withdraw this notice at any time. NHS SBS is not bound to accept any proposals submitted by Bidders and is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of Bidders engaging with this process. This early market engagement exercise does not guarantee that a Procurement will take place and NHS SBS reserves the right to defer from any Procurement entirely. NHS SBS also intends to hold market engagement sessions with industry experts and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting Framework Agreement NHS SBS will use an eSourcing system for any procurement activity taken subsequent to this Notice. The eSourcing system we will use is SAP Ariba. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a Framework Agreement if invited to do so. Approved Organisations are NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) or any combined authority, integrated care board, local authority, NHS England, NHS foundation trust, NHS trust or any other body listed as a \"relevant authority\" in the National Health Service Act 2006, which the Authority authorises to use the resulting Framework. These organisations, for the purpose being a principal to the framework agreement under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations and the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025 are identifiable on the list of Approved Organisations and may be added to from time to time.
