The authority is seeking premarket engagement questionnaire for this process. North Tyneside Council is intending to re-tender its domestic minor works framework and is reviewing the set up and allocation of work under the proposed framework. The framework is intended to start from April 2026 and be for a period of 4 years. The estimated value is approximately PS400,000 per annum, or PS1,600,000 across the full framework if all extensions are utilised.
