Leasing and Managing Council-owned Family Temporary Accommodation

Notice Description

Service Overview: Supported Temporary Accommodation for Families The Council is seeking to engage with suitably qualified and experienced registered providers of social housing to deliver a portfolio of supported temporary accommodation units for families experiencing housing need. This provision will form part of the Council's wider housing strategy to ensure safe, secure, and appropriate accommodation for vulnerable households, with a particular focus on family units requiring urgent placement.
