Notice Description
NCC is awarding a Framework Contract for Brickwork Services to commence 13.04.2026 for 48 months (24 Months with 2 x 12 Month options to extend.)
Lot Information
Capital Works
Newcastle City Council require support from external brick work contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in delivering a first-class brick work service for Capital Works. The Framework will be a Council wide framework and may involve brick work for any Council department on various types of public and landlord or leasehold premises which may include: new build housing, communal homes; schools; academies; leisure centres; libraries; office accommodation; other educational establishments & community buildings.
Renewal: Subject to performance, options of 2 x 12 month extensions available.
