- this service is for the provision of a community-based falls prevention service with clinical intervention focused on supporting older adults to reduce their risk of falls;
- the relevant authority is intending to award to an existing provider following direct award process C;
- the lifetime value of the contract is PS210,000 excluding VAT (PS252,000 inclusive VAT); and
- the services are intended to be provided from 01 October 2025 up to 31 March 2027. Additional information: Reference to II.2.5.1.1 Award criteria, the existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard, weighting 100%.
