Provision of Primary Care Services to Northside House, Secure Service
Notice Description
Full registration of up to x50 patients at any one time with mainstream primary care practice. Fortnightly face to face clinic at Northside House for 1 session (either always a GP, or a monthly GP clinic and a monthly Nurse Practitioner clinic who could alternate to provide 1 session per fortnight). Primary care review/advice for chronic disease management which will include, but not limited to: Primary care asthma care & reviews from trained practitioners; Primary care COPD care & reviews from trained practitioners; Primary care diabetes care & reviews from trained practitioners - to support in-patient staff.

Full registration of up to x50 patients at any one time with mainstream primary care practice. Fortnightly face to face clinic at Northside House for 1 session (either always a GP, or a monthly GP clinic and a monthly Nurse Practitioner clinic who could alternate to provide 1 session per fortnight). Primary care review/advice for chronic disease management which will include, but not limited to: Primary care asthma care & reviews from trained practitioners; Primary care COPD care & reviews from trained practitioners; Primary care diabetes care & reviews from trained practitioners - to support in-patient staff. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the most suitable provider process; and the approximate lifetime value of the contract total PS35,280. The contract term is 16 months starting 1st December 2025 ending 31st March 2027. This is an existing Service and the contract is being awarded to an existing Provider.
Options: Award of contract without prior publication of a call for competition, as selected in the preliminary questions
Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 3rd December 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR
