Notice Description
City of Wolverhampton College invites tenders for the refurbishment of Unit B2 at Trevithick House, Telford. The works will be delivered under a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract, following a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA). Scope: Full strip-out and reconfiguration of Unit B2, creation of classrooms and reception, M&E works, fire and intruder alarm separation, IT/data services, compliance with building and fire regulations. Key Dates: * Register interest by: 02 December 2025 (via MultiQuote) * Site visit: 04 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. * Tender submission deadline: 12 December 2025 at 12:00 noon * Construction Start: 23 February 2026 * Completion: 27 March 2026
