Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 4th June 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.

The award decision has been made by the NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Executive team on the 27th April 2026.

There was one perceived Conflicts of interest identified which related to their role as an evaluator and their position as head of place development partnerships and planning. The Commissioner agreed this related to their professional role only and their participation in the process was as one of a number of evaluators, subject to a formal moderation process.
