Notice Description
Derry City and Strabane District Council wish to demolish the two storey building and external boundary wall within the site at 6 Derry Road Strabane. Hoarding erected during the works is to be left in place following completion for a period of up to 6 years. We recommend a site visit during the tender period, this can be requested through etendersni messaging. Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT. No other method of submissions will be accepted. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail.
