Notice Description
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust intends to engage with providers regarding the future delivery of community pharmacy services across Lincolnshire. This engagement is conducted under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) to inform decisions about service arrangements, ensure transparency, and support integration and quality improvements. This notice is not a call for competition and does not initiate a procurement under the Public Contracts Regulations or Procurement Act 2023. Any future decision will follow PSR criteria: continuity of service, integration, quality, value, and provider capability. Transparency requirements under PSR will be met, including publication of decisions and rationale.
Planning Information
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is seeking to engage with providers of community pharmacy services through open Q&A facility within the Atamis Supplier Portal. This approach ensures transparency and equal access for all interested providers. How it works: The engagement period will run from 05 December 2025 to 25 January 2026. Providers can submit questions and view responses in real time via the Atamis portal under the published notice. A briefing document outlining indicative service requirements and PSR context will be available for download. No separate webinar or physical event will be held; all interaction will occur through the portal Q&A function. Purpose of Engagement: To share indicative scope and commissioning intentions for community pharmacy services. To ensure transparency and support decision-making under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). Important Note: This engagement does not constitute a call for competition or a tender process. Any future decision will follow PSR criteria (continuity, integration, quality, value, and provider capability). Participation does not confer any advantage in subsequent decisions.
