Summary of the contracting process

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is planning the provision of pharmacy services across Lincolnshire, with the engagement period open from 5 December 2025 until 25 January 2026. This initiative is categorised under clinical services and has a planning status, which ensures providers can engage via an open Q&A facility through the Atamis Supplier Portal. This market engagement does not currently constitute a formal tender process, but aims to illuminate future service parameters under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). Prospective providers should watch for further notices post-engagement, slated for 1 February 2026.

This tender presents significant opportunities for growth, particularly for businesses specialising in pharmacy services and health sector solutions. Eligible businesses with a focus on service integration, quality improvement, and continuity may find competitive advantages in participating in this planning phase. With a projected value of up to £12 million, businesses demonstrating strong provider capability and offering high-value service trends will be well-positioned to benefit from future contract awards under the PSR criteria.
