This procurement falls under the services category in the health sector, specifically aligned with community health services. AHS WELLBEING ONLINE CIC, located at Haywards Heath, was identified as the successful supplier through a limited procurement method tailored to selecting the most suitable provider. Key evaluation criteria included quality, value, service sustainability, and social value.

This tender opens up significant opportunities for businesses specialising in health services and community engagement, particularly those with a focus on innovative health solutions. SMEs like AHS WELLBEING ONLINE CIC, which were able to demonstrate superior service quality, integration, and social value, were well-positioned to compete under this regime. The evaluation process highlighted a preference for providers that show a commitment to improving accessibility, reducing health inequalities, and contributing positively to social value through their services.
