LTC is seeking a legal advisor to support National Highways as it moves forward to the next stages of the development of funding options for the Project. The scope is to cover two areas: 1. Part 1 of the scope is for advice, support and contract development in relation to the impacts of the proposed private financing model being pursued for the delivery of the Project on the M25 DBFO contract 2. Part 2 of the scope is for advice and support relating to the Development Consent Order
