Notice Description
National Homicide Service providing support to bereaved families and eyewitnesses of homicide. Please note: The contract value is presented as PS24.4m exclusive of VAT and we will require tenders to be submitted with proposed costs excluding VAT to allow fair comparison.

Renewal: The contract includes an option for a 12-month extension, allowing flexibility to: Provide sufficient confidence around continuity of service within the contract length, for both the MoJ and the appointed supplier; and React and regroup following potential future Victims funding reform work and subject to future Spending Review allocations.
Planning Information
A virtual Market Engagement event is planned for Wednesday 28th January at 10:00am. The event will outline the scope and nature of the National Homicide Service, planned changes to the current contract specification and the procurement/competition process. Please register your interest via MoJ's e-sourcing platform (Jaggaer) and a link to the event will be e-mailed to you. A maximum of three representatives per organisation may attend. Organisations interested in bidding can find out more about the service and will have the opportunity to ask any questions either at the event itself or via e-mail afterwards.
