Notice Description

Buckinghamshire Council is looking to procure and implement a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software system for managing the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO), the Capital PMO, and Service Improvement-led projects. The overarching aim of the project is to: * Further improve the capabilities and capacity to deliver a streamlined and professional service with consistency in reporting and readily accessible, high-quality records. * To create efficiencies in processes within Service Improvement, Corporate PMO and Capital PMO, and other areas if required. * To improve project management related reporting capabilities across these teams. * To improve corporate visibility across all current Income and Expenditure / PMO (and other areas if required) projects. * To enable automated resource management capabilities and better-inform decision-making on resource allocations.
