This event will support the development of the local delivery model and explore innovative ways of delivering services from Children's Centres and Best Start Family Hubs.

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is undertaking further Pre-Market Engagement and invites current and potential delivery providers, wider stakeholders, and partners across the VCSFE sector to attend our Stakeholder Engagement Event. This builds on engagement to date (previous Preliminary Market Engagement Notice identifier: 2026/S 000 011300). The upcoming event aims to bring together providers of Children's Centre services, wider system partners, and community-based organisations with an interest in delivering services from Children's Centres and Best Start Family Hubs, and in contributing to the ongoing development of the local delivery model. The event will aim to: • Share the emerging local vision for Children's Centres and Best Start Family Hubs delivery. • Recap on previous pre-market engagement. • Engage the market and wider stakeholders in shaping the future service model. • Share an outline service specification for the Children's Centres and Best Start Family Hubs. • Explore opportunities for partnership working and collaborative delivery. This is an in-person market engagement event that will be held on Thursday 19 March 2026, 3:00pm - 5:00pm, at Woolwich Town Hall (Wellington Street, Woolwich, London, SE18 6HQ). To register your attendance, please complete the registration form under the following link by Monday 16 March 2026: https://forms.office.com/e/huNBLyGEa3 Please note that, due to capacity, only a maximum of 2 attendees per organisation may be registered. Registered attendees will receive invitations to the event and will also be sent presentation slides and any relevant accompanying information from engagement undertaken to date.
