    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Approvals: NENC ICB Executive Committee July 2025 C&P Subcommittee August 2025 Conflicts of Interest were managed throughout this process and no potential/perceived conflicts of interest were raised for review or management. Following a service specification review and a transition in funding allocation, an Urgent Award has been put in place to allow for the safe continuance of services while future services/procurement compliance is planned. Urgent Awards for 2025/26 to allow for rescoping of the service specification and requirements to ensure an equitable service for all patients across the NENC region with hubs that can be mobilised in time to offer safe and secure services this winter pressures season. A Request for Information to inform and help scope future services was completed in November 2025.",
