A direct award will be conducted via the desktop calculator which based on 90% price and 10% relationship management, product knowledge and added value. This led to Phoenix Software Ltd being the number one ranked supplier. The price provided ex VAT is PS394,928.64 over the total contract duration of 3 years.",
