Notice Description
Luminate Education Group (LEG) is inviting proposals from recruitment agencies who are (or can) operate within the Education sector. This Open procurement is divided into Lots and focusses solely on our Curriculum recruitment requirements on a permanent and temporary basis. The tender process is being conducted via the In-Tend eSourcing Platform which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/educationportal/aspx/Home (In-Tend e-Sourcing Platform). If your company has not yet registered on this site, you will need to do so (it is free to register). All procurement documents will be made available through the In-Tend eSourcing Platform.
Lot Information
Permanent Curriculum
Assessors, technicians, general teaching staff for 14+, A Level and FE/HE lecturing staff, course leaders, programme managers up to HoD level. Focus on long term retention and cultural fit.
Renewal: 1 year
Temporary CurriculumCover for sickness/short-term needs for all general curriculum roles for skills areas similar to Lot 1. Focus on rapid deployment and compliance assurance.
Renewal: 1 year
Permanent Specialist CurriculumHigh demand, difficult to fill technical and vocational roles: Trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Joinery), Engineering (Mech/Elec), Digital/IT, Motor Vehicle. Ideally requires recent industry experience in the subject areas.
