To remove existing inverted roofing system for the high-level roofs, strip insulation and existing systems and lay new SIKA roof felt system and insulation.<br/><br/>Note the project funding is to be split:<br/><br/>Phase one will be to the value of PS750,000.00 plus VAT and will be completed/ invoiced/ paid by 31st March 2026.<br/><br/>Phase two will be to the value of PS746,995.00 plus VAT and is anticipated to commence from 1st April 2026 - subject to funding approval<br/><br/>Awarded under NPA Framework - RS5(C) Roofing Systems Framework

Note the project funding is to be split:
Phase one will be to the value of PS750,000.00 plus VAT and will be completed/ invoiced/ paid by 31st March 2026.
Phase two will be to the value of PS746,995.00 plus VAT and is anticipated to commence from 1st April 2026 - subject to funding approval
Awarded under NPA Framework - RS5(C) Roofing Systems Framework
Options: A change control notice will be applied if phase two is given the go ahead
